Section 86
Prohibition Of Refusing To Render Assistance To Public Servant
(1)
No person under a legal duty to render assistance to a public servant
in the execution of his or her public duty shall refuse to so render
such assistance.
(2) A person who commits the offence referred to in subsection
(1) shall be liable to a sentence of imprisonment for a term
not exceeding six months or a fine not exceeding five thousand
rupees or both the sentences.
